Institutional development has been a major part of my work as Executive Coach over the last decade. As people get organized to fulfil a common purpose, there is often a concern as to the structures that enable work to be done in an organized and coordinated manner. My consulting work supports companies and organizations to build processes and structures that facilitate shared learning and experiences. As part of providing institutional support, I consulted in Nairobi (Kenya) with dairy farmers on business development from 2002 to 2004.

Working as a board member for an organization from 2015 to 2017 in the Netherlands, I provided training for 15 leadership coaches on their strategic direction, offering them coaching and leadership skills. This included providing oversight training on their annual plans and organizational growth & research. Each coach was responsible for coordinating and leading 6 to 8 leaders.
